Is this safe for my Instagram account?
Yes. WappBridge connects only through Meta's official Graph API and secure OAuth login. There are no browser extensions, bots, or shared passwords involved at any point.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes — Instagram's API requires a Business or Creator account. Switching over from a personal account is free and takes a couple of minutes in your Instagram settings.
What happens if I go over my monthly DM limit?
Automations pause until your plan resets the following month, or you can upgrade at any point to keep replies going. You're never charged automatically without confirming an upgrade.
Can I collect emails, not just send links?
Yes. You can require an email before a link is delivered. Captured leads are stored in your dashboard and can be exported as a CSV at any time.
How is this different from WappCloud's WhatsApp product?
